Abstract: Hip-hop culture can not be ignored in the life of young people. The premise of this research is that young workers who are continuously successful must improve hip hop culture. In this research, we investigated educator 's knowledge and attitudes about hip - hop 101 at Hip Hop 101 workshop. They also explored the importance of hip-hop awareness and their view on applying positive influences to youth behavior. As a result, participants in the workshop were able to greatly increase the knowledge of hip hop. They also showed a more favorable attitude towards their use for hip hop and youth growth. The findings suggest that this workshop promoted an environment that helped fill the generation gap between hip-hop youth and educators with a less favorable view.
