Analysis of De La Salle Lipa as a Knowledge Management System

Knowledge is important for any organization. In his novel Powershift, Toffler (1991) emphasizes the idea that controlling knowledge is the turning point for fighting for power for tomorrow's global human rights institutions. In today's fast-paced society, the intellectual infrastructure of the entity is rapidly becoming the only sustainable competitive advantage. Therefore, such resources must be protected, trained and shared among entities' members (Firestone, 2000). After all, everyone in the organization uses knowledge and management of these intellectual assets determines the sustainability of the institution of knowledge age.

Proper education is one of the main factors in a progressive country. As living expenses increase, educational expenses will increase. The study "Understanding of tuition increases for students in De La Salle Lipa" is aimed at judging the reasons for possible increases in tuition and students' understanding of tuition allocation.
