Knowledge is important for any organization. In his novel Powershift, Toffler (1991) emphasizes the idea that controlling knowledge is the turning point for fighting for power for tomorrow's global human rights institutions. In today's fast-paced society, the intellectual infrastructure of the entity is rapidly becoming the only sustainable competitive advantage. Therefore, such resources must be protected, trained and shared among entities' members (Firestone, 2000). After all, everyone in the organization uses knowledge and management of these intellectual assets determines the sustainability of the institution of knowledge age.

Proper education is one of the main factors in a progressive country. As living expenses increase, educational expenses will increase. Asking why the administrator of the institution in the Philippines is an American, a textbook written by a foreigner, and guidance in English, student activists seem to take a "more nationalistic" position to the government I highly recommend it. Among them are voices calling for "education in the Philippines" by expelling the presidents of schools, colleges and universities other than the Philippines, appointing qualified Filipino and leading these institutions to replace their positions there is.
