An Urgent Issue in Our Society - Violence Against Women

The concept of violence may only represent a negative image. For example, perpetrators intentionally use physical strength to hurt or kill people. In addition, the World Health Organization (WHO) type of violence has a clear structure that includes physical, psychological, and sexual behaviors of families, partners, friends, or strangers. But in this article I focus on the critical analysis of the story of Farkhanda Younis, a story that reflects that violence against women is an urgent task in our society.

The problem of violence against women is growing rapidly all over the world, and it is a crisis in almost every society. In the past, this problem was known as domestic violence, but recently the term domestic violence has recently changed to violence against women because it does not indicate that almost all cases of domestic violence are harm to women it was done. In 1994 the US government passed a law called the Law on Violence against Women to solve this problem and the law on violence against women was amended to strengthen the current bill in 2000. The United Nations also has a set of laws and policies that the United Nations must comply with to protect women. As I showed, governments and organizations are trying to develop laws and policies to protect and help women, but violence continues. In addition to paying attention to problems and results, we also need to pay attention to ways to prevent this problem from occurring first.
