An Open-Minded University

Open college colleges and universities have emphasized the common past and history that have to be shared as Americans for a long time. Of course, our culture is mainly about the people who wrote it, the people of the media, and more specifically the powerful people. As a society, we all know that people with power, and those who shape the majority of society, are composed of most white men, men, and upper class citizens.

Smith and Amherst College - two of the most liberal and most open universities in the country - together with the University of Missouri sit and protested together.
