Last week the Internet entered an infinite public letter tunnel and connected the public letter to other public letters. No What is an open letter that has not read anyone else's "open letter ..."? Is not all articles / articles / postings "open" content? "Open letter" has a right. Please tell me what is going on. How do you avoid the principle of making you a good title by restricting "open letters" you are going to say? Does this mean you passed?
