Millions of Americans trapped in the image of the body - women and men - have a secret obsession. They are addicted to their appearance, it does not like the more flat stomach. They are worried that their thighs are too saggy, their chests are too small, their arms are too thin, their faces are overweight, their bodies are too small - any part of the body can be the center of this obsession . Clearly, most people are concerned about their appearance. Television, magazines, dolls, action characters, etc. I understood that most of these concerns are the nature of the media.

People who are absorbed in the image of the body may be more interested in the appearance than the health benefits obtained from exercise. Mandatory exercise usually focuses on appearance, weight, muscle mass, unduly judges yourself and reviews it. They rely on size and tape measure to tell them how much they need exercise. If you spend too much time just to lose pounds or inches, you can not. A sure sign of poisoning is when behavior affects your private life adversely. Ignore my loved ones or block contact with friends so that you can exercise. This is a sign of exercise. If the majority of conversations and actions concentrate on meals and exercise, your family may worry about your life imbalance. They sometimes ask about eating disorders such as non-clearing bulimia, and you do extreme exercise after eating.

People with a very negative image of the body tend to get absorbed in parts of the body they do not like. This obsession can lead to eating disorders, depression and obsessive-compulsive disorder, which have a profound effect on people's health and quality of life. Both males and females encounter physical image problems, but women are more likely to recognize negative self-perception. Television and media are the main channels that marketers and advertisers can use women's low self esteem, but there are still programs, music, movies, books aimed at improving their lives. We need to find these positive inspiration and motivation to enrich our lifestyle and learn how to spread positive messages to the people around us.
