An Introduction to the Principles of Morals and Legislation by Jeremey Bentham.

What is Utilitarianism? I believe Utilitarianism is a theory If actions are correct, if they produce happiness, they will produce happiness and mistakes. Happiness is what everyone expects. When making a decision you need to make sure that all conceivable results lead to happiness. Utilitarianism is based on the principle of utility. Practicality is the ability to be useful while meeting your needs. Utilitarianism is often considered as a moral theory discovered by Jeremey Bentham, a British philosopher and social reformer of the 19th century.

Bentham proposed his utility theory in his "Introduction to the principles of morality and legislation" (1789) which was used as a moral guideline for legislators to develop his public policy. This work focuses on the problem of criminal acts, but in the beginning chapter we systematically explain the way utility becomes the final ethical standard of all acts. Bentham has detailed his utility principle here. The principle of utility means the principle of approving or denying actions based on the tendency of the parties who are required to increase or decrease their interests. That happiness is the same. I am talking about all actions; therefore, I will talk about all the actions of the individual as well as every action of the individual.

Scottish-Irish philosopher Francis Hatcheison (1694-1747) proposed a systematic formula that ties morality to happiness.

Bentham's book "Introduction to Moral and Legislative Principles" was published in 1780, but it was not published until 1789. Bentham's book did not succeed soon, but when Pierre Etienne Louis Dumont translated the editorial choice of various Bentham manuscripts into French, his idea spread more.
