Recently I was asked to propose a bumper sticker to explain the human-centered design, which is the central strategy of Haas Plattner School of Design at Stanford University. My bumper sticker: I start with people and end with a solution. This is also a roadmap to the next step to develop climate change. The first step in human-centered design is to start with people, build deep empathy, and understand the needs of the people you serve. Empathy has critics, empathy and impartiality are an important part of the design process. Deep sympathy for helping end users develop solutions to meet people's needs

Bumper sticker is a sticker with a message attached to an adhesive label or a bumper of a car for the purpose of reading by passengers of other cars. Most bumper stickers are about 30 cm x 8 cm (12 in 3 x 3), usually made of PVC. Bumper stickers can be for commercial, religious, secular, humorous, or support sports teams and other organizations. They may promote or oppose a specific philosophical or political position. In some countries such as the United States, bumper stickers are a common way to support government seat seats and will become more common during the election era. In other countries such as the UK, it rarely appears in some way.
