Introduction In order to cultivate the ability to analyze contradictions from various theoretical perspectives, I learned how to carry out various steps and manage responses to them through various theories. What I want to achieve in my paper is an overview of interpersonal relationship theory and the theory of relationship theory. In the third phase, you are motivated by responsibility - you no longer care about fairness. Regardless of punishment or reward, you will continue to move forward
