An Evening of Crime

Nur came back from the library and walked a long way to her house. Her destination is only 5 minutes away, and she is grateful because her bag is cutting her naked shoulder. The park on her right has been abandoned, probably because it was too late. She knows that parents are concerned - the level of anxiety that Indian parents think can move the whole city - but she can not help finally find her the latest Stephen King thriller at last. Summer nights got dark.

In most cases, the change in neighboring areas is getting better. The crime rate, even a few crimes, is going down - at least, this is what I saw in my neighbor's newspaper. In the past, you had to see your shoulders whenever some nuts were followed. Today, you can look straight ahead and even call someone who is walking in front of you, asking where he is, and where he has a shirt. But I missed some of the previous things. Cafe waitress calls you "sugar" or "pro" and you call you "partner". Today, I think they do not even know your name. There are plenty of shops, you can buy flashy and expensive cakes, but where can you enter and let people draw your hat in your eyes?

Friends of PolitiFact pointed out that the use of the terms "crime" and "arrest" may be reminiscent of violent crime. But all these arrests are not against suspected non-civilians of violent crime, but they are convicted of any crime. Several cities are still prosecuting or identifying violent criminals in cooperation with federal authorities. There are not many studies on public opinion in asylum cities. But two reliable polls were found to have mixed public opinion in response to more subtle questions about the asylum cities, or were specifically asked to withdraw federal funds from asylum cities (government's hope)

Criminal issues have obvious urgency. In public opinion polls, fear of crime and crime is the most important issue. Some communities are like war zones, gunshots ring every evening. Other cities seek to create isolated islands of civilization, as low-level crimes that can not be achieved with traditional methods threaten the public order. Appropriately, public decision makers and managers of the criminal justice system are dealing with complicated crime problems. Every aspect of our traditional criminal justice policy infrastructure is fundamentally reconsidered. Our approach to police, awards, rulings, imprisonment and correction of local communities has undergone significant changes.
