Edgar Allan Poe, whose work later influenced the grotesque writer, the author of the most famous H.P. Lovecraft, "Herbert West - Reanimator" and "The Dunwich Horror". These stories are far from horror comedy's spectacle's horrible aspect but their melodrama is in a grotesque area coupled with the body and its attraction to folds. Grotesque is not a literary form easy to define by any means. The grotesque concept has evolved over the years and evolved, making it impossible to distinguish from any kind of general decisions, making it more difficult to find an agreement. This is an overview of the points of the grotesquest spectrum. There are many other works and there are many other ways.
For the first time in Montagne prose, the term grotesque is used to describe literary genres. Grotesque is often associated with satire and tragedy. Because this is an effective artistic means of conveying sorrow and suffering to the audience, Thomas Mann is called "a true opposite style". Some of the earliest written texts explain strange events and strange creatures. Mythology literature is a monster's rich source of information, from monocular Cyclops, for example (from eg Theogony of Hesiod to Pholfemis of the Hdyssey). Ovid's metamorphosis is another rich source of mythological creature mixed with grotesque deformation. Horace's poetry art also provides a formal introduction about classical values and the danger of grotesque or mixed form. A classic model of facts, order, reasons, harmony, balance, and deviation from form opens the door to a grotesque world.
