A few months ago when I tried to understand my dreams, I saw a movie called "Candy Man". This is a horror movie about this spiritually sick woman that slaughtered the surrounding people but did not know what she was doing. An imaginary creature named "Candyman" appears to her and talking to her, she thinks that he is actually killing him. Anyway, this is a terrible movie, and that night I said to her that "Candie Man" would appear in her mother in her dream. She and she killed us while we slept! )
Another German study is trying to understand the lucid dreams. That is because the age of 6 to 19 years and the students studied are related. They discovered that by the age of 19, more than 50% of the samples had experienced at least one lucid dream, and that their frequent lucid dreams declined with age. In a survey that is not very scientific, I was amazed at how many friends and family I had a clear dream while writing this article. It is possible to estimate how many people experienced a unique lucid dream, but it may be more difficult to judge how many people intentionally did so. Dr. Daniel Erlacher, a researcher of sleep science and lecturer at Bernese Sports Science University, contributed to these two studies. About 1%
The dream of waking up is the consciousness that you are dreaming. The extent of this consciousness can be seen as a considerable extension of the prospect from the faint perception of the facts. A calm dream usually occurs when a person is in the middle of a normal dream and suddenly realizes they are dreaming. This is called a dream lucid dream. When you enter the dream state directly from the normal awakening state, the dream of the awakening awakening begins, there is no obvious failure in consciousness. In either case, a dream is more exotic and emotional than a normal dream. Most importantly, you have at least some ability to control your "dream self" and the dreams around you.
A cool dream is a dream you know and you have their dreams. This will give you complete freedom to explore your world of dreams and sometimes control it. Most people agree that there are varying degrees of clarity. You can be smart enough to decide to fly without waking up enough to actually know that you are in bed and hit the power cord and you will not get hurt. This is an attractive field - especially considering all relationships between dreams and subconscious. You can see that there are many techniques that can be used to make lucid dreams more likely. If you practice them and finally awaken your dreams, you can do all kinds of fun things. There are obvious flights and bacchanalia - but this is just the beginning. For example, you can practice skills you want to improve or practice through mirrors. One thing that I really want to do is play a part in my dream.
