Proceeding a few weeks ago, strangely, I explained some of the book I was reading - Rick Atkinson's "Dawn Army" - a journey to attend a high-level conference in January 1934. Necessity and president could not negotiate the stairs, so they left the hidden place. It can be seen from the book: "10:30 on Saturday, January 9, 1943, the president limousine passed through the fog ellipse and the Washington Monument to the south toward the south through the gate of the White House. Only 4 blocks from the administrative building, the new president's railroad Ferdinand Magellan who disappeared under the sculpture and printing office around a guarded slope on the east side of Car 14th Street was a secret built two months ago I stood on the line, newly printed bank notes came from government pressure. "

1 Rick Atkinson at dawn, day of fight and last light gun. Technically, this is a trilogy, but due to space, I count all three books as an excellent writer's book. Washington Post former reporter Atkinson wrote a trilogy of liberation on World War II in North Africa and Europe for several years, and that is the recent history of American participation in European drama. Each book is fairly long, but Atkinson provides sufficient technical details and enough personal anecdotes to attract casual readers to attract experts. The advantage of reading such a three volume history is that readers can understand the overall theme of war through America.
