An Argument Against Gun Control

When a criminal uses a gun to commit a crime it will violate the rights of innocent people who own the gun. This is a problem that caused regional problems. Regardless of the way, there is always a conflict. "A gun is a tool that can be used for good and evil, our country believes that humans are better until human beings are proved to be others" (Harris Page 2) Crime using guns and why should they be completely eliminated from society?

Controversy over gun control against gun control In 1789 the founders of the Constitution recognized the importance of guns in American society at the earliest. According to the revision of Article 2, "For the security of the country, sufficiently controlled militia are necessary, people have no right to hold, carry and violate weapons." The founding father did not admit restrictions on the ownership of firearms. It seems there was room for discussion, but those who thought necessary needed to provide a convincing argument. To frustrate them is that they are not fully compliant for those who should not use it. Taxpayer's dollar racial analysis is very expensive. Through these amendments, it is very easy for individuals targeted by a professional legal official to file a lawsuit against the police. There are several cases in the US every day. In these cases, it is a city.

Cancer control was always a question to be discussed. The purpose of this paper is to present arguments against gun control. In this article it is arguing that the spread of gun control should not be part of society. Society should oppose gun control as people can protect themselves, crime rates decline and people have the right to own weapons. In the gun control law, people with guns are only required to become offenders, but this is not a fact (Reynolds & Caruth, pp. 01). The purpose of firearms management law and firearm crime law is to prevent criminals from getting firearms and using guns. However, while the gun control law is thriving, the number of armed criminals and criminals has increased. The actual outcome of cancer control seems not to be the result of prediction (Reynolds & Caruth, pp. 20)
