An Architectural Legend, Ieoh Ming Pei

Almost the same number of projects in his life with nearly 60 years of architecture (Pei Cobb Freed & Partners) was today the architect Ieoh Ming Pei (his name was I.M.) (PBS). He treats it differently than most of his American classmates and their design method is almost traditional. At Harvard University Le Corbussier's "Expressive Modernism" influenced his simple geometric shape and use. Gropius also had a great influence on Pei. He began to rely on abstract shapes and materials such as stone, concrete, glass, steel, later developed a unique design method and showed interest in Avant Garde. In 1935, an 18 year old student named I.M. Pay left China to study architecture at the University of Pennsylvania. As an adult, Liu Bang found a job of government officials in the Sihe district. So, he spent most of his time drinking and tracking women. When a famous local official came to town, his fortune continued and urged local officials to gather gifts for him. Liu did not reveal anything, but wrote on a phone card that he offered a lot of cash.
