A group of researchers, including Amy Ellen Schwartz at Syracuse University, picked a top-level dog theory and found a way to examine 90,000 children at 500 public schools in New York City. The children were divided into two groups: the children of the K - 8 school, the children are always the top adolescent dogs, and the structure of the more traditional junior high school (6th to 8th graders) of the student school . Using a huge amount of data from the student questionnaire, they were able to track them for three years and find out who is better.
A few years ago, I introduced Amy Wrzesniewski of Michigan State and Barry Schwartz of Swarthmore and made a breakthrough study on the direction of work. When studying people working at universities and hospitals, their team found that about one third of all roles are mainly concerned with self-actualization and service to others. Two-thirds of people believe that work is an indispensable sin in our lives. It is a means for payment of invoices and for respect among families and colleagues. As a result, a labor target indicator developed jointly with Dr. Anna Tavis of New York University was born. We used a random nationwide survey, employment and demographics across the industry to investigate representative samples of the US labor force and to understand and measure the importance of satisfaction and encounter in the workplace .
