Ammonium Security Act and the Sandy Recovery Act

The 1995 Oklahoma City bomb incident proved the effect of explosion using ammonium nitrate and fuel oil (called ANFO). Timothy McVeigh parked a truck full of ammonium nitrate and nitromethane in front of the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building. It was used as a brake fuel, 168 people were killed by an explosion and over 600 people were injured.
