The first club was established in the 1950s. They consist of 9 to 13 year old girls enrolled in junior high school. Amicettes wants to pursue a very high ideal, demonstrate leadership skills, and work as a member of the team.

The Amicette Club of Tau Eta Zeta branch began in 2004. They are participating in community service, leadership development, cultural experience, development of occupation selection, self-esteem development, and sister relations. Their activities include a visit to the Reginald F. Lewis Museum, a career and STEM exhibition, a visit to the theater, a night break and other regional events. In addition to participating in activities, Amicettes gives serious feedback as well. Every year, Amicettes participates in "Dimeth Walk for Babies" and helps Tau Eta Zeta's branch fund the money for this valuable activity. They also had coats and toys to help unhappy students in local elementary and junior high schools. Despite being young, Amicettes acts as a role model and is extremely enthusiastic about helping in and out of the community.
