The reason for the emergence of political party politics in the Philippines, behind the Philippine party list system is to provide a "democracy" to society's alienated and under-represented sectors - elite-oriented conferences. Nevertheless, it challenges the present situation and is trying to serve people who are truly disadvantaged (Rivera, 2007). The emergence of a party list system is not an outcome of transpiring of this "going out" but an attempt to modify domestic political party politics to correct insufficient non democratic elite. Tracking historical retrograde, dominance of elite party politics can clearly continue from today its advantage continues to be observed in the Philippines. When the United States was motivated by Philippine rule, they faced armed resistance in the Philippines. To achieve this, they "recruited" the elite to join the Philippines (Gealogo, 2007). Why elite?

My culture Philippines is a country with diverse and rich cultures and history. The Philippines is in Southeast Asia, Vietnam, Taiwan, China, Indonesia is the nearest country. The culture has been strongly influenced by Spain, Mexico and the United States, but the former residents of the Philippines were influenced by the governance of Spain, influenced by China, Japan, India, Middle East. It is known for tropical, biodiversity, and rich cultures. - The concept I want to discuss in Section 1 is to stick to the first impression. Understanding the first impression is to decide how you feel when you first meet someone when you meet. The first impression is the reason why someone likes or dislikes, depending on the type of person being together.
