During the Second World War, the American front line remembered warmly in the myths of people's memory and culture This is an era of unprecedented people's unity, Americans unite on a common cause I will. World War II brought many new ideas and changes to American life. World War II did not cause any serious damage to the continent of the United States, but it affected the American society. Participation in the war of the United States, including demographics, labor, economic and cultural trends, changed all aspects of American life.
During the Great Depression, the birthrate in the United States fell to record low for couples late and parents. In the 1940s, the population increased by 19 million people, the growth rate in the 1930s doubled. However, in 1957 the United States experienced a "baby boom", by 1957 the population increased by 29 million people. "The rise in birthrate is a major factor that affects population growth" (Text, 847). As the birthrate rises, the divorce rate rises due to divorce and infidelity problems. "In mid-1945, over 500,000 marriages broke up" (Bailey, 147). During this period, the mortality rate will fall and the life expectancy will rise. Federal funds for medical research developed the development of new medicine in which penicillin and streptomycin were developed. These medical advances cured many bacterial infections and serious diseases. After that, in 1952, Jonas Salk launched the polio vaccine. In the meantime, many Americans have a huge immigration pattern. In the 1940s, millions of African Americans moved from the south to the north and found opportunities for the industry.
