American History: The Gilded Age

They are working to improve the lives of ordinary people, advance civilization, and create new ideas for society. They also urge employers to contribute not only to the company but also to the greatness of the United States by treating employees with respect and fairness. This is also reflected in the second goal "to enable you to share the fruits of advancing civilization and honor" (page 9, read page 1). The era of gilded and progressive era is the era when the development of American society plays an important role. The era of gold plating was the era of American history from 1870 to 1900. This term was made by Mark Twain in the late nineteenth century. Through this, he means that this period is shining on the surface, but it is broken down ("Understanding the gold plating era"). The golden era is known for its political scandal and luxury wealth. At the same time, this is an era of great achievements in industries and the economy which dramatically changed the lives of American people.

When we looked at the golden era from the 1870 to the 1890s it became an era known as the golden era. That word is characterized by famous American writer Mark Twain. The authors pointed out that although this term may seem perfect and orderly as the foreign society, it means that poverty, crime, corruption and many other problems exist between rich and poor in American society Try to do. Americans want to see circus, board building show, sports event. Baseball has become so popular since 1900, so it was called national entertainment. Also, since 1900, new forms of entertainment, movies began to draw public attention.
