The US constitutes the system of the US government. In other words, it is three different government departments that enact legislation, enforce the law, and in certain cases judge the law. This framework provides the US government with the necessary force to gain basic rights to the pursuit of life, freedom and happiness. The United States is a country based on the universal principle. It calls for higher standards that all governments can obtain their legal rights from the consent of control. Every country is responsible for this principle, and it is this principle that makes the United States truly legal.

At this moment in our history, the basic principles of the American government and American lifestyle are systematically attacked, but the philosophy of this system is opposite to our own philosophy. Our American government is built on the concept of human personality and dignity. The basis of this concept is that believing in people is important. Because he gives him certain specific nontransferable rights that are created by God and will not deprive citizen authority. Therefore, including God in our oath will further recognize that our people and our government depend on the moral guidance of the Creator. At the same time, it will help deny the atheistic, materialistic concept of communism and consequent obedience to the individual.

The American government is the product of many enlightenment thinkers who flourished from the late 17th century to the early 18th century. Among them is British philosopher Thomas Hobbes. The idea of ​​Hobbes is contrary to the management philosophy of the US government - his beliefs on the absolute power of government agencies - many of which are fully compliant with the views stated in the country's founding documents. Many of his views on social contracts, equality, and freedom of nature inspired the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution, but were not actually integrated into the philosophy of the American government before the Civil War.

Hobbes believes that self-defense tendencies are natural instincts and should be the foundation of governance principles. In the US government, the "Declaration of Independence" firstly details the principle that everyone has the right to pursue life, freedom and happiness. This sentence also has a locking effect, but since Hobbes thinks that protecting his life is sacred, he refers to "life", especially Hobbes. In the US Constitution, the 14th amendment of the Civil War explicitly prohibits taking away his life, freedom, or wealth from people without proper legal proceedings. This will direct Hobbes' idea to the US government.
