America Must Take an Interventionist Role in Foreign Policy

People in Somalia's African countries urgently need help. These years were from 1991 to 1992, intense civil war and catastrophic drought spread throughout the country. But to emphasize what we should not intersect is to abandon our basic ideals of domestic or diplomatic policy making.
