America, Land of Immigrants

America ... a country of immigrants as American citizens, as long as you are not an American you will insist that you have blood from the rest of the earth. Where do we come from when we are not locals? Our country was founded by the global community who is anxious to establish in the United States. In doing so, these early immigrants have created a framework for social and cultural life in the United States. For almost 400 years our country has consistently characterized all races, languages, and cultures as Americans.

Moving to the United States, the immigrant-filled land is my family and my dream of all refugees and immigrants I have dreamed of. Just considering living in a country that I believe is like a dream, knowledgeable and friendly as I see on television, it seems like a distant memory now. My family and I moved to the United States, living a peaceful life without fear or fear. After recent events, this fear seems to be getting faded. Joining Memphis, we belong here, and I feel that my fellow refugees and immigrant friends are marching for what they believe: peace and justice. Reading the signs that they showed by them reminds me that my friends and family love my love and care about every day. Not because it is logical, but because it is emotional, it reminds me that people are afraid

My experience is clearly not the only thing. The United States is said to be millions of times "land of opportunity" - for millions of immigrants this is not an abstract concept but a detailed description of what to find here. Before we arrived the United States offered many opportunities that many of us never existed. I walked on the campus where I work and saw a vibrant race and culture. Everyone speaks a different voice, a different perspective, a different story. All of these make our company an exciting and special place, allowing us to do wonderful things together. As we are very important for future success, we are working hard to become more diverse. I believe that all sorts of voices, backgrounds and experiences will bring better discussion, better decision, and better results, regardless of whether you are establishing a company or leading the country believe.
