Ambrose Bierce: A Realist

The definition of a literary movement is a writer's poet, writer and contribution philosophy in a particular period. As editors, journalists, philosophers, and writers, Ambrose Bierce (1842-1914) is in many ways consistent with the style of romantic exercise, but some think that this is tough and boring. The subject of his work usually includes the cruelty of war, the recognition of time, and the reality of certain situations. He joined the most bloody battle in several civil wars (Appelbaum iii). 34,000 people were killed in Chikamoga by Bias (Appelbaum iii). In the battle, he endangered his life to save his falling comrades (Appelbaum iii). I was seriously injured in Kennesaw Hill in the northern part of Georgia (Appelbaum iii). But when Bills recovered he continued writing much about the Civil War. The battle he participated and what I saw in those fights gave inspiration to his story (Hall 87)
