Alternative Energy

As we all know, the US consumes more power than any other country in the world. The success of the United States is directly related to its power consumption. The bulk of the electricity we supply to our house is brought about by burning fossil fuels (coal, petroleum, etc.) that release carbon dioxide into the atmosphere, causing serious pollution. As they refused to approve the "Kyoto Protocol" and continued high consumption as indicated, the United States refused to think mainly about this problem seriously. We only need a new alternative energy source, as the amount needed in the future only increases.

What is Alternative Energy? An alternative energy is a kind of energy that generates energy using natural resources. There are three main alternative energy sources that can be used to replace fossil fuels: nuclear power, sunlight, wind power and hydraulic power. Fossil fuels such as coal, oil and natural gas are decreasing and eventually will be depleted. The use of fossil fuels generates greenhouse gases, which poses environmental hazards. Alternative energy is harmless to the environment

Alternative energy is an energy source that does not have undesirable effects, such as fossil fuels or nuclear energy. Alternative energy sources are renewable and are considered "free" energy sources. They all have lower carbon emissions than traditional energy sources. These include biomass, wind power, sunlight, geothermal power, hydraulic power and so on. Combined with recycling, the use of clean alternate energy sources such as home solar power systems will help to ensure the survival of humans after the 21st century.

Can alternative energy be an effective alternative to fossil fuels? There is a hot discussion about whether alternative energy sources such as biofuels, hydrogen, solar heat, geothermal, or nuclear power can satisfy energy demand more than limited fossil fuels such as oil and coal. Supporters of alternative energy think that fossil fuels are inefficient, unsustainable, and environmentally destructive and are the main cause of global climate change. They say that renewable energy is a viable and immediate need for fossil fuel use, which can increase economy and reduce dependence on external energy. Opponents argue that many technical barriers must be overcome before alternative energy sources can replace a fraction of the electricity provided by fossil fuels. They say that fossil fuels last for hundreds of years, become more efficient and still the most economical option and say that relying on inefficient alternate energy sources will harm the economy.
