All Things Being Equal

Most of us have heard Martin Luther King 's "I Have a Dream" speech or part of a certain moment in our life. One year after speech was announced in 1964, Lyndon Johnson signed Executive Order 11246. This means the birth of positive behavior. Aggressive action refers to efforts to increase education and employment opportunities for ethnic minorities and women. In November 1997, California state voters revoked positive action (at the state level) by proposing proposition 209.

Did you ever sit and wondering why some people succeeded and others did not succeed? Have you ever wondered why some people provide more than others in work or school (if all the conditions are the same)? (All things are equal). Until I read Harvey's Earl Wilson 's words, I mistakenly thought "they are just lucky" until I think "success is lucky, seek failure", so I I have been thinking too much about these ideas! I refuse to become a loser! At this point I understand that some people are more obstinate, persistent, bold and more determined to succeed than others. Mike Murdoch said, "We all have to suffer from one of two types of pain: disciplinary pain and pain of regret." In fact, people who are not trained rarely work effectively because they lack the necessary skills, but simply because they do not promise to be trained.

Have you caught it? The first one is "all others are equal." How often is this situation? In rare cases, when I encounter the error of a simple man I have. Some things may be the same - especially those with different positions would like to get a satisfying conclusion. But in most cases, everything is equivalent, it is indeed a special case. After deciding what role your team needs, your next important decision is how much experience you need to get. If all the conditions are the same, experienced people are needed. But all are equal, that is, there is no wage. You may not afford to buy a veteran team. In addition, because they often cause infection heat, passion and ambition, you should not discount green candidates. Personally, I like at least one or two hungry junior members to balance my team.
