Since I left Santa Monica High School at St. Monik High School in 1988, I gained the privilege of being a member of various teams and organizations. I have worked at the US Navy Academy for 4 years, Naval Pilot for 11 years and companies like Google and Twitter for 12 years. Many of the teams that I cooperate with are high-performance teams, but, of course, some teams are not. Likewise, over the years I have led dozens of different teams and teams. Some of these teams worked very well, others were not. I think many of you have similar experiences.
