Alice Walker's Journey with Self-Esteem

Many authors choose to write memoirs about horrible events that change their lives. Alice Malsenior Walker is one of the writers. She was born on February 8, 1944, in Eatonton, Georgia. For several reasons she believes her life is very successful. After graduating from high school, Walker became Farewell President. She joined the civil rights movement in Mississippi and lived there for seven years. Meanwhile, she married a lawyer and asked her daughter Rebecca. From a very young age she was introverted and very shy. Probably because of a terrible accident.

When she graduated from high school in 1961, she was a school farewell speaker and became a queen of dance. She went to Speyer University in Atlanta, Georgia with a scholarship. When Spellman was a freshman, Alice Walker participated in civil rights demo. Dr. Martin Luther King invited her to be invited to the Youth World Peace Festival held in Helsinki, Finland. After attending the meeting, she began to love the world, and I met culture with many people. She visited Washington, DC, and in March worked and participated in free time in Washington.

Born in Eatonton, Georgia on February 9, 1944, Alice Malsenior Walker is the eighth youngest of Minnie Tallulah Grant Walker and Willie Lee Walker. Her parents are poor tenant farmers, but full of spirit and love. When she played "Cowboy and Indian" with her brother in the summer of 1952 (Alice was an Indian with a shooter), her right eye was hit with a BB bullet. Ironically, Alice knows the white scar tissue that remains in her eyes. When she was fourteen, her brothers doctor in Boston canceled "cataract" for Alice, but her eyesight never recovered. In her high school days, Alice 's exceptional character nominated her as a Queen of Balls by her companion, and she was nominated as a classroom actor. After graduating from high school in 1961, Alice left home to receive a scholarship at Speyer University in Atlanta, Georgia. While enrolled at Spermen College, Alice enthusiastically participated in civil rights demonstrations.
