Al Capone has many famous criminals in American history, John Dillinger, John Gotti and Lucky Luciano. However, due to his extreme wealth and the status of Godfather, the most notorious person may be Al Capone. Alphonse Capone was born on January 17, 1899 in Brooklyn, New York, from an immigrant in Naples, Italy. When he was very young he dropped out of school after elementary school sixth graders and joined the local community gang to participate in organized criminal activities.
