What do you think when thinking about the word 'old'? Can you imagine words of people with disabilities and the elderly, or can you imagine wisdom and perseverance? Older words are considered "dirty" words in today's society. But one day we will all get old. Age Discrimination - Discrimination based on the age of the population is a well-known stereotype, like racist or religious discrimination. We must end this way of thinking as soon as possible. Age discrimination in the employment law is not sufficient to limit age discrimination.

Age is just a number. How many times have you said this about your age? In today's world, age is relative. It relates to the individual who wants to use it. Age may be seen as a sign of wisdom. However, there are many 50 years old immature children in the world. Age may be regarded as an indefinite sign. But in today's business world there are countless young managers. As you get older there are many assumptions. Suppose young people are in good shape and can participate in more difficult activities. Also suppose that the elderly is collapsed. In the opinion of the author, age is just a number. It is a number used to define many things. This number defines the number of years that a person is on earth. It also defines the specific demographics the organization is about to develop products for. Age does not define the ability of an individual to perform a specific task.

Today we are faced with unprecedented aging in many countries around the world. In 1950, there were 205 million people over the age of 60 in the world. By 2012, the number of elderly people has increased to nearly 810 million. Nearly two-thirds of these people live in developing countries. By 2050 the number of elderly people will double, it is expected to reach 2 billion people 1. The aging is often seen as a phenomenon peculiar to developed countries, but the population of developed countries is increasing more and more. Indeed, aging is one of the most important global trends of the 21st century, which brings new and complicated challenges to the health system and is very important to the health of the elderly for sex and reproductive health.
