Abstract Agile methodology is an increasingly increasing term as I contact with experts in the IS field. I have repeatedly heard about "agile methodology" that refers to system development and project management, such as networking activities, interviews, general conversation, but this is called "the latest and greatest" development method. This is because if the development team is optimal to use agile, I wonder what the agile methodology is about agile's "in" method, how it is implemented, and what will be the result of "agile" I will.
Before discussing, why do we discuss agile about Agile? Agile project management is a software development method that brings together members, and allows members to work in a collaborative work environment. This is inherently iterative. Agile is a generic term for a set of methods and practices for developing software. Our day begins with a timer for checking the morning meeting and unnecessary things; where we are goals and work goals and progress of the final day, and all team members' dependencies and other help Would you like to discuss about? Internally we use trello to place the whole team on the same page. We work on a variety of issues, at least once a day sharing the build with the team and making changes as we receive feedback.
Agile is a way to prioritize competing projects that manage time, cost, and scope. Agile software development is a series of software development methods based on iterative development. In this way, requirements and solutions are developed through collaboration between self-organizing cross-functional teams. Since most of today's software is built by teams, agile is about teamwork, not surprising. Developers have strong relationships with product management, design, quality assurance, and operation, as writing sustainable code means keeping in touch with every aspect of the project.
In 2001, 17 software developer teams discussed alternative software development at Snowbird Resort in Utah, and announced a powerful "Agile Software Development Manifesto". The roots of the Agile movement can actually be traced back to Bell Laboratories and Toyota in the 1930s and 1940s, but the work of Snowbird became a turning point in 2001. This is a declaration that first created the term agile for software development and clearly defined four important values (see below) and 12 operational principles.
