Aggravating Factors that Lead to Excessive Force by Police Officers

The use of force by the police is reviewed by individuals and other police officers. Many people want to know how much electric power law enforcement officials should use and how much extra power they are using. The main research problems raised in this study are as follows. What is the cause of excessive force use? What is the cause of police going extremely when using force? In this survey we investigated whether some police officers exercised force to arrest, acquire and protect the city to secure public security.

The excessive exercise means the power beyond what the police think reasonably necessary. Police may be responsible for excessive use of force in arrests, investigations, or other seizures. Police may also be held responsible not to prevent other police officers from exercising excessive force.

The police are dispatching police with excessive force, but due to the nature of work, police only judge carefully. Officials are facing many threatening situations that are forced to respond promptly, but that is also appropriate. They have the right to infringe the rights of all civil liberties, so they must use this power effectively. A major problem with official discretion is the right to decide when to use power and when to use force.

Police brutality is a violation of civil rights, if the police exercise a certain amount of arms to exercise excessive use of force, civil action will occur. Exercise of excessive force by law enforcement officers is a violation of individual rights. Excessive force is not an object of precise definition, but in this situation it usually goes beyond the power of a law enforcement officer who is reasonable and prudent. Power should be used only in the minimum amount necessary to achieve a legitimate purpose. Police brutality is a direct violation of the law within the police force. Excessive use of force also directly violates the 15th and 14th amendments of the US constitution on cruel and legal protection.
