Introduction Age discrimination occurs when a particular age group is treated differently for different age groups based on the actual age. Less objectionable treatment may occur, such as when you refuse to receive treatment because your age seems to be too low. In addition, elderly people can be expressed by the assumption that there is a mental decline due to age, and a decline in cognitive and physical performance. If people of all ages have the same qualifications and are able to carry out the same duties, they should not be handled differently from young employees in any way.

Employment age discrimination law in 1967. The revised Employment Age Discrimination Act (ADEA) will protect people over the age of 40 from employment discrimination by age. The Elderly Workers Welfare Protection Law revised several parts of ADEA and set conditions for abandoning ADEA protection. See EEOC guidelines on age discrimination. The rehabilitation law in 1973. Articles 501 and 505 of the revised rehabilitation law protect employees and job seekers from disability based employment discrimination. The law covers qualified employees and disabled candidates.
