When I began to study 'New Jim Crow's Law', they pulled my attention. I initially thought it was difficult to believe that the current law could be compared to the horrible laws related to JIm Crow. First of all, I heard the public public broadcast news podcast that "Jim Crow got away from death". The host brought the author of the book "Keep Jim Crow away from death" and asked her to protect the idea that she discussed in the book. Alexander (2010), who shares other same ideas with her, does not believe another law comparable to Jim Raven's law, but declared that the current criminal justice system would disadvantage African Americans .
Most states and communities have passed the "Jim Crow" law stipulating that African Americans have a status of "independent but equitable". Jim Crow Laws is a rule that was enacted to distinguish between white and black in the southern part of the United States from 1874 to 1975. In theory, it is to create "independence but equality" treatment, but in fact Jim Kraus condemns poor treatment and facilities of black citizens. Education is separated from public facilities such as hotels and restaurants owned by Jim Crow Laws. In fact, according to Jim Crow's law, treatment and adaptation will in most cases be lower than treatment and adaptation provided by Caucasians.
Author: Crisann Smith Jim Crow law and part of Jim Crow law included to kill Mockingbird: Jim Crow law, in law and regulation system, African-Americans to obey during the mid-1960's for 1877 I was forced to do. According to law, blacks and white people discriminate against black people with apartheid, so blacks are stipulated as "isolated but equal". In the late 20th century, Jim Crow's law was considered to be "infringement of civil rights, therefore unconstitution." Adopted Jim Crow's law to ensure that isolation between blacks and whites is carried out in public places such as communities, schools, companies, toilets and so on. In some communities, there are also "hidden rules" to be followed by blacks. Black men can not reach out to white men. Because it may mean that they are equal in society.
One of the reasons why African-Americans' rights were restricted so much in society between 1865 and 1900 is due to Jim Croucha and the Black Code. The Jim Crow method separates African Americans from Caucasians. Black code now makes it impossible for African Americans to travel without permission, carry weapons, or participate in the court system. But then, in the case of Pressy versus Ferguson, the Supreme Court supported racial discrimination.
