African-American Leadership, Politics, and Institutions

African Americans have a long history in the Americas. But their experience in America is full of oppression and isolation history. It was difficult to get rid of the history of slavery in the Americas. Considering the experience of African-Americans, many problems have arisen. One of the most important problems in extensive research on African American experience is leadership and political issues.

Ronald Walters is Dean of the Association of African-American Leaders and Professor of Political and Political Science at the University of Maryland. From the following point of view, he argues that many problems, including the collapse of poverty and family composition that today's black Americans face, are due to the fact that blacks are conquered under slavery . . . He further insisted that he tried to eliminate the damage previously caused by slavery - including efforts between rebuilding and civilian use.

African-American leadership at the turn of the century is divided into two ethnic equality strategies called economic strategy and political strategy. The most intriguing controversy among those African-American leaders at that time was the outrage between the two prominent blacks, Black Washington and W.E.B. Dubois. Both Washington and Dubois want the same thing for blacks, that is, "first-class citizenship", but the way they get it is different. Washington believes that from such a small beginning, blacks must start working from the bottom and work gradually to gain power and responsibility before they demand equal citizenship. Dubois understands Washington's plan, but I believe this is not a solution to the problem. Dubois thinks that black people should study liberal arts and have the same rights as white people.

This story missed the rise of African American middle class, the rise of African Americans, ie the rise of leaders in business, law, politics, science, art, sports and every occupation. It misses the vitality of the black church, passionate advocacy for the next generation changer, and the service of the leaders of all levels, and they will not get tired of improving the lives of others. Earlier today, I spent time with the heads of nine historical civil rights groups in America. That chairman was chaired by Marc Morial of the National Cities Alliance. Pastor Al Sharpton attended the meeting. We worked hard in order to promote employment and freedom issues in the 21st century, so we had a good conversation. I am very thankful for their guidance and wisdom. I am very grateful to talk about this building that respects the two people representing the diversity of the African American community.
