Affirmative Action Will Build a Strong Nation

Positive behavior will produce a strong national positive action. Normally, after listening to words, people will begin to consider discrimination opposite quotas. However, contrary to this misunderstanding, aggressive action is actually a policy that requires employers to seek diversification of employees by exploring non-traditional labor. The purpose of aggressive action is to create workforce that reflects the sex and ethnicity of the country's population (Hanmer 8, 10). We must take aggressive actions to give all Americans the opportunity to succeed and to give opportunities to resist discrimination still present in modern society.

The problem of positive action includes a big controversy in the country affirming the problem of action. Many people believe that for many logical reasons, aggressive action of revoking or at least reorganizing the United States will benefit the country. Initially, positive action began with an attempt to eliminate discrimination and to provide a source of opportunity; positive actions were not intended to support minorities and women. In addition, it must be a positive act
