Active behavior and discrimination Generally, ethnic relations, especially aggressive behavior, can be said to be the most subdivided and intensely competing issue in contemporary American politics. Many people think that positive action is necessary to resist misbehavior or to ensure the progress of certain ethnic minorities. Advocates of positive behavior usually point out four reasons. These are issues of racial discrimination, poverty, diversity and underdisplay. Supporters point out that many blacks, Hispanics, and Native Americans live in sub-standard houses, go to unqualified schools and live in criminal areas.

Positive behavior is discrimination Positive behavior is a program designed to end discrimination by ensuring minority employment regardless of race or gender.
