Affirmative Action: Positive Discrimination?

Positive behavior is a policy that will benefit people who tend to be discriminated. Positive behavior is used to reduce discrimination in all forms. There are two kinds of discrimination. One is legal discrimination and the other is virtual discrimination. The law stipulates that any legal discrimination is legal. In fact, social customs or customary practices often lead to such discrimination. Positive behavior is used for positive discrimination. For example, schools are lawfully discriminatory, as schools are lawfully permitted in education, so they take positive actions to increase admission disadvantages.

As an administrative order carefully planned by President John Kennedy in the early 1960s, positive behavior, "active discrimination" was introduced to society. Positive behavior, or "active discrimination" means actions that are beneficial for those who are often discriminated against. Specifically, these are the actions taken to help women and ethnic minorities build better footholds at schools and workplaces. This is controversial: If you should not discriminate against anyone based on their race, skin color, religion etc, why can they discriminate against them? Some people think that it is unfair for blacks to get jobs instead of white people, just as it is unfair to work for white people for white people. On the other hand, others believe that powerful Caucasians need to be forced to accept blacks for school education and employment. For example, if you dislike women in several towns and villages, they must be forced to do the right thing without discrimination.
