Affect of Low Literacy Rates on Standard of Living in Africa

Wealthy people and the poor are struggling for survival. Citizens of developed countries like Canada usually do not consider developing African countries and their problems. Lucky enough enough to get a stable income can not imagine that there are not so many other developing countries and other people. As a result, problems arise and what problems are faced by African countries in their efforts to improve their living standards?
