Aerobic fitness evaluation scenario In this research, we will explain the basketball training program of off season. This research consists of members of the men's basketball team from 17 years old to 19 years old. 24 players will be local juniors and senior high school juniors, and they will become an active member of the basketball program from 9th grade.
