Stem cells are multifunctional cells and are very promising in medicine. There are roughly two types of stem cells. Adult stem cells and embryonic stem cells. Embryonic stem cells have been considered the most useful medical research and progress for many years. Embryonic stem cells are undifferentiated cells that can make them all tissues in the body. This is the reason they are considered to be so important, but the pluripotency of embryonic stem cells may also be their downfall. As these cells can be anything, it also means that they may mutate to tumors and other undesirable ones.

In the field of stem cell research embryos and adult stem cells are often compared. The controversial use of embryonic stem cells is supported on the basis of their many advantages on adult stem cells. Embryonic stem cells are more readily available; they have greater cell proliferation, also known as proliferation, ability; and they are more versatile. Blastocyst stem cells are isolated from the embryo during the blastocyst stage and this process destroys the structure of the embryo to the extent that the embryo can no longer develop. Since these stem cells are obtained when the inner cell mass is concentrated in the embryo, they are more readily available than adult stem cells and the number of adult stem cells is limited. Another beneficial advantage of embryonic stem cells is their ability to grow and grow indefinitely when cultured under appropriate conditions (Devolder 9)

The use of embryonic stem cells for life is not necessary for adult, placenta and adult, placenta and umbilical cord stem cells with promising results. Although stem cell research certainly shows the ability to become that human's benefit, what is its length? How much is it? Since it leads to the termination of human life forms, the US and the world continue to fight with embryonic stem cell research. Clearly understand what stem cells are and how to use them
