Entrance thesis - Culture and Medicine in Uganda My trip to Uganda has proven to be a very rewarding experience. We spent the first two days of the 2-day crossroad program at Hofstra University in Long Island, during which we met with team members and shared interests and experiences. After 48 hours of acquaintance, we started "traveling". We flew from New York to London, Entebbe Airport, and the capital Kampala by car for about an hour. The following morning, we met with the PDR (Development and Recovery Program) officer who helped to understand the culture and history of Uganda who provided us with guidelines for our project.
The program will start on the day of entry to the hotel. We are lucky to be able to learn the customs and culture of Ugandan language, Rugaga, Uganda team leader and Frank and Gloria Uganda. We shared a few things about Australia with them, and we learned together about the two countries. After these meetings, our LRTT leaders Andy and Lauren led us through the team's best teaching method. We look back on what we are doing as part of our scholarship and we will discover with whom we will teach within 2 weeks! The following day, we have prepared a provisional plan of the meeting and a schedule. Our role is to provide teachers that provide content-based information and provide best practice education.

Do you remember more? While watching Uganda's comedian's actions, while singing and drumming at Mkarara's Ankole Culture Group, watching the village's blacksmith performing young Ugandan artists performing one of the best performances . There will be three similar T - shirts, a ceramic magnet will destroy your suitcase, and there are several bracelets. Learn or experience in the local community and make your travel worthwhile
