Admiral Jarok as a Traitor

In the "The Defector" we saw recently, I met a traitor in a legendary story called "Star Trek: Next Generation". A traitor is an opponent, or a traitor who betrays trust with informational knowledge and power, committing betrayal. Admiral Romulan Jarok is a traitor of this episode. Admiral Jarok is a traitor because he leaked confidential Romulan military information to the enemy. Disclosure of limited military information made Admiral Jarok a traitor.

Jarok believes that a person can not necessarily be a traitor but an exile ("abandoning people, being bound by equality such as loyalty and obligation"). For me, 'traitor' means moral failure. If a person seeks an entity that requires unethical behavior, that deficiency is moral. On the other hand, Picard brought up strangely harsh attitudes. Rebel against orders - Whatever these orders - to traitor people. Another major problem to be solved in this episode is the use of incomplete or incorrect information to make decisions. "Instinct", shown in The Defector (a long dialogue between Data and Geordi) gave amazing trust, which surprised me at a show known for its human / rational worldview. Geordi says, "There is a need (instinct and intuition) to fill the missing parts, because we do not have nearly every fact."

It is rebellious. This is a powerful word. It means the ultimate affair, rebellious and dishonest behavior, and insults to a neat ethnic brotherhood. It is one of the words used in English and it may be inexact due to too much use. However, this term has important and accurate legal and constitutional definitions. Clearly, Edward Snowden did not commit treason. Chelsea Manning did not commit treason. None of these people: Robert Hansen, General David Petreus, James "Phos" Cartwright, Bow Berg Dahl, Aldrich Ames, Anamothes, Reality Winner or Jonathan Pollard. These officials have committed several serious security breaches, from the misunderstanding of confidential information to the foreign troops of Spy, but they have not committed "rebellion".
