In recent years, people's attention turned to schools where bullying is considered a serious problem (Coy) deserving intervention and research, in particular, that bullying is widespread. Therefore, relatively little effort is made to overcome or solve this problem, which is still a broad social custom. The purpose of this article is to demonstrate that despite efforts to correct this situation bullies are still rampant and are getting worse.
Increase bullying report. The awareness and scope of school bullying problems are evaluated by students and employee surveys. Several schools have set up a bullying hotline to solve student problems that resist bullying reporting. Some schools use "bullying box". Students are writing notes in the box to remind teachers and administrators of the bullies in question. Others have created student questionnaires to judge the nature and extent of bullying problems at school. Assign the bully to a specific place or specific chore during the release period. This approach is separated from victims intended for bullying. Some teachers have bullying constructive work such as instructing other students, cleaning up garbage, participating in sports activities, occupying them while they are released, and so on.
Schools must resolutely address this issue and take bullying seriously. Participation by all major school members, school leaders, teachers, guardians, and students is necessary to resolve and prevent bullying. Adopting organized school-wide measures and providing individuals with a strategy to resist bullying schools reduces bullying and allows you to prepare for bullying to be resolved.
