The 5 th topic includes unions, collective bargaining and internal employee relations. Information on trade unions and collective bargaining is an outline of the topics I have learned in undergraduate courses. The subject of the internal employee relationship provides me with plentiful information that can be applied to many organizations. Among these topics, the most influential sub-theme includes negotiation process and disciplinary action.

Thanksgiving practice was always an important part of my daily life. Last month it grew to be a 5 minute journal. When I was reading Timothy Ferris's "Titan's Sword", I learned about this 5 minute journal. After learning about such a diary, I moved it to practice almost immediately. This process identifies what you appreciate most, associates it with your vision, makes that day a better place, and presents a positive statement. For personal contact, I would like to add my own commitment. The official journal for 5 minutes is displayed in book form, but I like to keep it simple using the basic molebook diary.

I added one to the question "5 minutes every day"; "List one thing I learned today." I will use it to capture the active and passive learning moments of the day. One day I remember what I learned through mistakes and mistakes. On other days it may record more planned and ongoing research. The point here is to create a traction and show that you are progressing even if it is a little increase. Learning is not always easy, but you can look back at your diary and see how far you are.

Requiring students to write a diary is a general reflection activity in the service learning course. Journals can be easily assigned, but it is difficult to score, and I believe that many people should not score such personal reflections. The journal provides a way for students to express their thoughts and emotions about service experiences throughout the semester and, under the guidance of the journals, the journals can link individual learning to the content of the course. However, as a general trend, entering a diary is not just an introspective activity that allows students to consider service experience based on learning objectives, it is just a record of events. Before assigning a reflective journal, consider the learning objectives that the journal will achieve. Journals are an effective way to deepen your self-understanding and strengthen your internal skills. You need to collect and review the journal at least twice during the semester.
