Action Research Plan to Analyze a Professional Development of East Memorial Elementary Implementation

Introduction The Elementary Elementary School (EME) is from kindergarten to fifth grade primary school. School is part of Weld County School Six (WCSD 6). The school has a population of over 500 students. The school is located in Greeley, Colorado, about an hour from Denver by car. An action plan was developed to find a way to improve EME score for EME learners (EL). According to state test data, EL students have a very low growth rate. The purpose of this project is to answer how EME leaders can effectively improve the academic performance of EME learners of English.

Planning: Planning for changes involves discovering the scope and impact of proposed changes, analyzing complexity of changes, resource allocation, development, testing, and documentation of implementation plans and termination plans. You need to determine the criteria for exit decision making. Communication: When change is planned, communication is necessary. Communication is to give others the opportunity to remind the change review committee about other changes or important business activities that may be overlooked when scheduling changes. Communication also helps service desk and users to recognize future changes. Another responsibility of the change review committee is to ensure that planned changes are properly communicated to those who are affected by the change or otherwise interested in the change.
