Achieving True Happiness

Happiness is an emotional feeling and it is influenced by many factors. When Layard is mentioned as "from the outside," he means the social identity, role, culture, and group to which people belong. In order to lead a productive life, you must be content with yourself, your work, and your hobby. Hence, happiness must be the most important thing in life. All empirical facts show it. So please stop and think about the life you really want before you vote for God, love, or your family. I think that most people would want to be happy.

When we are satisfied with our lives and fully demonstrate our possibilities, we will experience real happiness. It is not always fun to always achieve this happiness.
