Accident

Accidents, also called accidental injuries, are recognized before accidents and are unwelcome, accidental and unplanned events that could not be prevented if dealt with. Most scientists who study unintentional injuries avoid using the term "accident" but focus on factors that increase the risk of serious injury and reduce the incidence and severity of injury. [1]

Physical examples of accidents include accidental collisions or falls of cars, sharp and hot, injuries due to contact with moving objects, contact with currents or poisons. Non-physical examples are unintentionally revealing secrets, making mistakes in other ways, accidentally deleting data, forgetting schedules, and so on.

Accidents caused by labor or labor are called work-related injuries. According to the International Labor Organization (ILO), more than 337 million accidents occur each year, resulting in more than 3 million deaths from occupational diseases each year. [2]

Bicycle accidents can cause serious, sometimes fatal injuries. The lawsuit of damages for car bicycle accidents contains many of the same problems as automobile accident lawsuits. Responsibility for injuries due to bicycle accidents is usually attributable to negligence - whether the driver's negligence injures the rider, and whether the rider's negligence causes the accident.
