Accidents, also called accidental injuries, are recognized before accidents and are unwelcome, accidental and unplanned events that could not be prevented if dealt with. Most scientists who study unintentional injuries avoid using the term "accident" but focus on factors that increase the risk of serious injury and reduce the incidence and severity of injury. [1]

Physical examples of accidents include accidental collisions or falls of cars, sharp and hot, injuries due to contact with moving objects, contact with currents or poisons. Non-physical examples are unintentionally revealing secrets, making mistakes in other ways, accidentally deleting data, forgetting schedules, and so on.

Accidents caused by labor or labor are called work-related injuries. According to the International Labor Organization (ILO), more than 337 million accidents occur each year, resulting in more than 3 million deaths from occupational diseases each year. [2]

The incidence (severity leads to seeking medical care), sorted by activity (2002, Denmark)

Addiction, vehicle crashes, falls are the most common cause of fatal injuries. According to the National Statistical System Statistics of the National Health Statistics Center in 2005, falls, poisoning, burns are the most common cause of death, according to injury data survey at home. [3]

The US also collects statistically valid injury data (sampled from 100 hospitals) through the National Electronic Injury Monitoring System managed by the Consumer Product Safety Committee. [4] This plan was revised in 2000, including not only damage related to products, but also all injuries. [4] Data from the emergency department were also collected through national health interview surveys. [5] In the United States, the Bureau of Labor Statistics provides extensive statistics on labor-related accidents on its website. [6]

Several models for characterizing and analyzing accidents have been proposed [7]. These can be categorized by type. Notable types and models are as follows. [8]

Bicycle accidents can cause serious, sometimes fatal injuries. The lawsuit of damages for car bicycle accidents contains many of the same problems as automobile accident lawsuits. Responsibility for injuries due to bicycle accidents is usually attributable to negligence - whether the driver's negligence injures the rider, and whether the rider's negligence causes the accident. Cyclists and drivers are obliged to comply with the rules of the road. These regulations include traffic regulations, obligations to pay generic attention to themselves, and the safety of others on the road. As with other car accident cases, bicycle accident lawsuits are governed by state law and are normally regulated by state and local traffic laws.

The relatively rare occurrence of serious car accidents seems to be a typical feature of the activities controlled by the Accident Tort Law Act. (The subject of the accident law itself is fundamentally different from the troubling legal subject in this regard.) Infringement law solves the traditional risk of sudden outbreaks. The collapse of the Rylands vs. Fletcher 33's Rylands reservoir is a typical example and in Davis versus Consolidated Rail Corp. 3 the plaintiff separation is separate and plaintiffs were expelled by defeating gasoline.

Accidents (various forms of answers to the question "what is going on"): Statements that exist in the subject and therefore exist in alio, but do not exist in any subject. This is a non-main meaning of "existence". Each kind of incident provides an answer to the various (further) questions we can ask about the substance. Aristotle said the accident is not a "speaking" theme. Because he obviously remembers the designation of abstract terms like Socrates' wisdom - this is an example of wisdom, Socrates is wise. On the other hand, the specific term "smart" means a subject and represents a single example of intelligence (metaphor). The following are the categories of accidents.

As Empedocles and atomist and Anaxagoras assert, is there a good reason to think that animals and plants are the main substances and not aggregates of the main substances (eg elements, atoms, "seeds")?
