Note: For a list of dates related to registration during the semester or during the meeting, please refer to the corresponding registration calendar. The Winter General Assembly is considered part of the spring semester. Student unit and time status, GPA and dean's list, tuition and tuition assessment, financial aid and graduation qualification

The deadline for submitting proposals for independent research is specified in the school year calendar. The completed form should be submitted to the Registration Office and sent to the Pitzer Academy Course Committee for review / approval. Independent research in the summer must be submitted by the deadline set in the school year calendar. All forms will be forwarded to the Pitzer Academy Course Committee for review / approval.

The calculation of the term and the cumulative average grade (GPA) will appear in the Official Indiana University Academic Record that is officially maintained by the One.IU Student Center and the official records of the Indiana University. Please refer to the effective date of the transcript of the corresponding semester of the official calendar. Students need to be aware that the dean and recorder office will retain cumulative GPA and hourly calculations applicable to degree requirements and graduation. This may be different from what is listed in the university record. For all questions regarding GPA degree and degree, please contact the student at the school's Student Archives Office.

Procedure: Families must request this request from the Dean or Vice President of Science. The dean or vice president of the school must send a memorandum to the Registration Office requesting a degree after the appropriate graduation date.
